How it connects
Renttix authenticates with your own Xendit API key. When a hire invoice needs paying, Renttix creates a Xendit Hosted Invoice and sends the customer to a Xendit-hosted page that exposes every payment method enabled on your account — cards, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets including OVO, GCash and GoPay, and over-the-counter payment at retail outlets. Using the hosted flow means you do not integrate each method separately, and you do not handle card data at any point. When you enable a new method in Xendit, it appears on the payment page without any change in Renttix.
Why it matters
South-East Asia has no single dominant payment method. A customer in Jakarta may expect a bank virtual account, one in Manila a GCash wallet, and another may simply want to pay cash at a convenience store. A hire business that supports only cards is quietly excluding a large share of legitimate customers. The operational advantage is just as real. Bank transfers into a general account are notoriously hard to attribute — a virtual account per invoice, or a hosted invoice that carries its own reference, turns a manual matching exercise into something that reconciles itself. On recurring hire billing, that saves the same work every cycle.
